I'm makin pork tenderloin tonight but didn't marinade this one. When I get pork tenderloin I like to take my mini skewers & put 2 tenderloins together. Just take the smaller tip sized end of one & pin it to the bigger side of the other. This helps me cook the meat more evenly so that the tiny ends don't get dried out.

I make Schnitzel out of pork tenderloin. I bread it mostly. Sometimes I rub it in mustard before I bread it.
