Peanut Butter Fudge contributed by chilipalmer
3 c. sugar dash salt 4 tbsp cocoa 1 can evaporated milk 1/4 stick butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 c. peanut butter
Combine first four ingredients in a heavy saucepot. Bring to boil, add butter and vanilla. Cook until candy thermometer reads 234 degrees, remove from heat, add peanut butter and beat with wooden spoon until no longer glossy and beginning to firm up. Pour into buttered pan and cool.
