from my BH&G cookbook...
One Baked pie crust
4 eggs, beaten 1 Cup Sugar 3oz unsweetened Chocolate cut up 1/4 C corn starch OR 1/2 C flour 3 Cups Milk 1 TBSP butter 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Four-Egg-White Meringue
Combine sugar, cornstarch and chocolate in a medium pot. Whisk in milk, cook and stir over med high heat until thick and bubbly, continue for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Temper in eggs, bring to a gentle boil, cook and stir 2 more minutes. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Keep warm while preparing meringue.
Pour filling into crust and top with meringue, sealing at the edges. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes (until lightly browned) and cool on a cooling rack for an hour. Transfer to the fridge to chill 3-6 hours before serving. (yeah right!!)

BigM, in the chocolate part, is that 4 whole eggs, or the 4 yolks?
