Rice Pudding contributed by christy
4 xl eggs 2/3 c sugar 1 qt milk 1 c cooked rice 1/2 c raisins 1/4 t salt 1 t vanilla cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325.
Butter 9x13 dish. Place in pan large enough to hold dish plus 1/2" water.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add all othe ringredients except for the cinnamon. Pour into dish. Bake unti lcustard is firm and lighlty brown approx 45-60 minutes. Serve warm or chilled topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
