No Bake Lemon FillingFor pie filling or between layers of cake. Mix: 1 can sweetened condensed milk (or use homemade) 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled) - you can add a little more, if you want it more tart. Stir until mixture thickens. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
