Apple Dumpling Dessert contributed by Patricia
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 pkg. crescent rolls 2 apples 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted 1/2 c. sugar Cinnamon 6oz. Mountain Dew
Peel and core apples. Cut each apple into fourths. Then cut each quarter into 3 pieces. Separate crescents and pat each out to make a little larger, put 3 pieces of apple on crescent and wrap up. Arrange in greased 9" pie pan. Mix sugar and melted butter together and pour over crescents. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour Mountain Dew over top and bake at 350 for 45 mins. (Double above for a 9X13 pan).
One of the church ladies made this for a fellowship dinner and it was so good!
