1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/3 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip or sweetened, whipped cream 2 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk
Mix the flour, butter and nuts as for pie crust. Spread in 9x13" pan and bake at 350F for 20 minutes; cool. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 c. whipped cream. Spread on crust. Put chocolate pudding and milk in mixer bowl; beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
