2 20oz cans crushed pineapple 2/3 c sugar 2 Tbl. flour 2 eggs 1/4 c orange juice 3 tbl lemon juice 1 tbl veg. oil 2 17oz cans drained fruit cocktail 2 11oz cans drained mandarin oranges 2 bananas sliced 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Drain Pineapple, reserve 1 cup juice in small saucepan. Set pineapple aside. Add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice, and oil to pineapple juice. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and cool. In a salad bowl combine fruit, fold in whipped cream and cooled sauce. Chill
