Chocolate Icing contributed by gayla
2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. water 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 2/3 c. honey 1/2 c. brewed coffee 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt
Blend the cornstarch with the water. Then combine this mixture with all the other ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Cook, stirring often, until the ingredients have blended and the icing becomes thick. Cool. This recipe makes enough for one double layer cake.
