Molding Chocolate
1 lb. chocolate, melted 7 oz. corn syrup
Blend together well, then knead until smooth. Can be molded into shapes, like clay, for eating or decorating cakes and cupcakes.
To make ribbons, roll chocolate through a pasta machine several times. Trim edges.
