Jello Whip
1 (3 oz) pkg. Jello (and flavor) 1 cup boiling water 1 1/2 c. crushed ice fruit, if desired
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Pour into blender, add ice, and blend until thoroughly mixed.
If using fruit, put 2 or 3 pieces in each of 4 serving dishes. Pour in Jello mixture. Chill. Jello layers as it sets. Ready to eat in about 1 hour.
