Chocolate Chip Cheesecake contributed by carla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 t. vanilla 2 eggs 3/4 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided 1 graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 c. of the chips.
Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/ c. chips.
Bake at 350F 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Variation:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake: Beat 1/3 c. peanut butter in with cream cheese.
