Chocolate Crumb Crust
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 4 eggs 1/4 c. coffee-flavored liqueur (optional) 2 t. vanilla
Heat oven to 300F.
Chocolate Crumb Crust: In medium bowl, stir together 1-1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. cocoa and 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 9: springform pan.
In microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chocolate, eggs, liqueur and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven to wire rack. With knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Refrigerate before serving.
