Easy Chocolate Mousse contributed by carla
18 large marshmallows 1/4 c. milk 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate, chopped 1 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. sugar
Heat marshmallows and milk over low heat. Stir until marshmallows are melted and smooth. Add chocolate; stir until melted.
Beat cream and sugar in separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours
