Coney Island Chili Sauce
1 lb. ground chuck 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste 1 cup water 1 T. sugar 1 T. prepared mustard 1 T. dried minced onion 2 t. chili powder 1 t. Worcestershire sauce 1 t. salt 1/2 t. celery seed 1/2 t. ground cumin 1/4 t. black pepper
In a 2 quart saucepan, brown beef, breaking it into very small pieces. Salt and pepper lightly, but do not drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30-45 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally
