Caramel Spiced Syrup contributed by gayla

1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/4 cup water 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
Combine the first four ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 4 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Whisk in milk. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerate.
