Blackberry BBQ Sauce contributed by riverwalk
1/2 cup Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Preserves 1 cup low sugar ketchup 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1/4 cup red vinegar
Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Divide sauce into two bowls or containers.
2. For most flavor, use 1/2 the sauce on the poultry or meat during the last few minutes of cooking. Use remaining sauce (from the second container) when serving.
Makes enough sauce for 6 or more servings.
