Dill Dip Mix
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup dried dill weed
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1/2 cup dried parsley
1/3 cup Beau Monde Seasoning
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into tightly sealed container and store in a cool, dry place. Make sure to label container and attach instructions for use.
To make Dill Dip
1 cup mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream or low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. Dill Dip Mix
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend until well mixed. If desired, chill for a few hours before serving to blend flavors.

Sesame Seed Dip Mix
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. celery seed
dash pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Spoon mixture into a small glass jar with screw-top lid. Label as "Sesame Cheese Dip Mix". Store in a cool, dry place and use within 4 months.
Makes a substitute for four packages (about 2 tablespoons each) of purchased mix.
Sesame Cheese Dip: Combine 1 cup of sour cream or plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of mix and stir well to blend. Chill at least 1 hour before serving to blend flavors. Makes about 1 cup of dip.

Vetetable Dip Mix

2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. smoked paprika
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl: blend well. Spoon mixture into a small glass container and store in a cool, dry place. Label as "Vegetable Dip Mix". Use within 6 months.
Vegetable Dip: Combine 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, and 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Dip Mix. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Makes about 2 cups of dip.

Onion Cheese Dip Mix
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup instant minced onion
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Spoon mixture into a small glass jar with screw-top lid. Label as "Onion Cheese Dip Mix" and attach instructions for use. Store in a cool dry place and use within 3-4 months.
Makes 4 batches of mix. Each batch, equaling 3 tablespoons, can be substituted for 1 package of purchased onion-cheese soup mix.
