I use this in different ways .... to flavor broth, to rub on chicken or pork before grilling, to spread on grilled bread, or even as a veggie dip. Just experiment with different things and easy ways to bring new flavors.
Garlic and Herb Paste
1/4 c. roasted garlic 1/2 c. cilantro leaves, chopped 2 T. chopped fresh basil 2 T. ground coriander 1 T. chopped fresh thyme
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. I recommend a glass container.
