I use #10 cans from the salvage store. 1 can green beans 1 can sliced carrots 1 can diced dried potatoes 1 can garbanzos Dump in large pot (I use a 10 gallon) with enough water to hydrate the potatoes add 2 large onions, diced (or the equivalent in dried onions) salt, pepper to taste 2 qts chopped, cooked turkey (I use jars I canned previously) Cook till potatoes are hydrated then add 1 can crushed tomatoes
Makes 21 qts (3 canner runs for me) and some for supper. Cook what is left after filling the jars until potatoes and onions are done then serve hot.
Process the jars 90min at 10#.

You can use any of the dried beans you prefer. Just cook them a bit before adding to the pot.
