our county homemakers group at the extension office holds an "international dinner" every year - each bunch is assigned a different country and then brings in a covered dish with something appropriate for that country -
so this year my group has "africa" - i have zero recipes for african dishes - any suggestions ?
note - any recipe requiring exotic ingredients necessitating a safari or suggested by anyone named hannibal will be rejected without reading -
thank you !~

Peanuts, yams, okra all come from Africa. Maybe a creamy peanut soup. I'd have to google a recipe but its good stuff. I googled it and came up with this. I'm goin to check them out too. allrecipes.com/recipes/world-cuisine/africa/
