I was going to take a photo, but while I was out doing a chore or two, Hubby put most of the stuff away.
King Sooper is our Kroger affiliate. They are doing an offer of $25 for a transferred prescription, so I did that and they put $25 on my loyalty card.
They are also running a very good sale, and I had some very good coupons. Let's see what I can remember.... (prices are after my coupons)
Silk soymilk 9 cents a quart x3 Orange Crush 2 liter .49 each x4 Hormel Chili .41 each x4 Mom's Best cereals .49 each x8 Edge Shave gel .79 each x2 Pretzel M&M's (9oz bags) 1.29 x2
Which came to $12 and some change, which the loyalty card covered. And because of the prescription and the supposed original value of all this stuff ($60something), I get 10 cents a gallon off gas next time we fill up.
These are things we eat. The cereal will last a really long time. We like homemade chili best, but once in a while Hubby gets a taste for the canned stuff. We had never tried soymilk and will probably never get it again, but for 9 cents a quart we thought it was OK to do once.
Yay!
