If you scroll down on the paget hat Sheila linked there is a 6page pdf that has several recipes. I think I'm going to print that off for my binder - it looks really handy.

Awesome, Sheila! Would you use your dehydrated eggs in the recipe mix? I've been thinking about making that--I've got tons of eggs right now.

Kristi, I don't know if the dehydrated eggs have the properties that you need in baking. When you start with raw and then bake the product, the proteins denature (which is what they do when you are cooking the eggs in a pan) and help 'set' the food, kwim? With them already cooked and in powder form, I don't know if they would do the same thing. What's really nice is that all the recipes this particular lady does also have a 'one bowl option', so you can try it without making a big container of mix.
