You just add in what it takes to make a nice dough...I don't recall exactly how much I used last time, but I'm thinking it was about 5-6 cups. PLEASE add the flour slowly, just in case I'm way off!

Most bread recipes call for about 3-4 cups of flour to each cup of liquid. I hardly ever measure the flour for bread, just add it, about half a cup at a time, until it makes a nice dough, like Jennifer said.
I've made the recipe you're talking about many times, but I never measured the flour, so I guess I'm not a lot of help.
