Hey gayle, do you have a recipe for italian dressing mix like the Good Seasons mix? I love to use that on my roasts when I make Italian beef!

Yep, sure do.
Italian Dressing Mix
1 T. garlic salt 1 T. onion powder 1 T. sugar 2 T. oregano 1 t. black pepper 1/4 t. thyme 1 t. basil 1 T. parsley 1/4 t. celery salt 2 T. salt
Mix all ingredient and store in air-tight container.
To prepare dressing:
Whisk together 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup canola oil, 2 T. water, and 2 T. mix. If you have a Good Season's carafe, with ingredient lines marked on the side, you can prepare it in there, using 2 T. mix in place of the packaged kind.
