I bought 2 Thai Pepper plants on a whim (a 28 cents apiece kind of whim), but have no idea what to do with the peppers. They're tiny and hot. Other than soak them in vinegar and use the vinegar in beans and such, what else can I do with them? One other problem - I will probably only get a few at a time since I'm growing them indoors in pots.

I do a lot of Thai cooking & like hot stuff. I just made a batch of dills for myself & neighbor with Thai peppers for an extra kick. I put 3 in each quart & it turned out nice. If you do any asian type cooking thats all you need to bring up the heat.

I do a lot of Asian-style cooking, although I run in streaks. It's about time for me to get back to it while I have such an abundance of fresh vegetables. I'll bet those peppers would be good in pickled eggs, too. I ended up drying the few I had, but the plants are still producing and I intend to bring them in the house this fall, so I should keep getting them.
