2 qts cooked chicken, boneless, skinless, chopped small 4 large onions, diced 1 cup diced dried bell pepper 2-3 tbs each of garlic, oregano, thyme, black or white pepper, and basil
#10 cans, one each of: tomato sauce green beans carrots diced raw or dry potatoes (use the can to measure)
1/2 cup salt 4 # black beans, soaked over night and drained
Divide the raw beans between 21 qts or 42 pts Mix everything else together in a large pot with a couple cans of water Fill the jars, put on the lids and bands tightly and shake until beans are more or less distributed in the jars. If your jars aren't quite full, add some water. This is fairly thick and you don't want to make less than 21 qts from the recipe. If you want it thinner, use half as many beans. Process 10# for 75 min
The beans are raw to start so they don't get mushy.

Sounds really good! I'll have to start looking for a pot big enough to hold all that! My biggest one right now is 20 qts. I might start tweaking it down to a smaller recipe.

Yeah, you might not want as much, but I have to use those #10 cans cause they are so cheap at the salvage store.
