This makes 2- 9" double crusts, it can sit in the fridge 3 days until you are ready to use it, or you can put it in the freezer!! (I think I'm in love ya'll!!)
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 3/4 Cup Lard 1 TBSP Sugar 2 tsp Salt 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Cold Water 1 TBSP Vinegar
Mix together the egg, water and vinegar. Store in fridge or freezer while mixing the dry ingredients.
Mix the flour, sugar and salt and cut in lard with a fork or pastry cutter.
Add liquid to dry a bit at a time until moist. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic and let rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before using.
(I weighed mine out into four equal amounts, used two and individually wrapped and froze the other two to use at CHRISTmas time.)
