Cinnamon Espresso Shake contributed by carla
2 cinnamon sticks, broken into 2-3 pieces 6 oz. freshly brewed espresso 1 c. cold milk 1-1/2 c. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened 2 T. packed brown sugar
Place cinnamon stick pieces in hot espresso. Cool throughly and chill 1 hour. In blender, combine milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Add brown sugar and blend. Remove cinnamon sticks from espresso. Add espresso to ice cream mixture. Blend well. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
