This recipe says it makes one serving, but I just made it and it makes about 3 cups, so use your own judgement. BTW, it was pretty good! One of the kids wasn't crazy about it, although he drank it, but the rest of them really liked it.
Brain Booster Smoothie
1 banana, sliced and frozen 1 kiwi, peeled 1 cup milk (or milk substitute, such as almond or soy milk) 2 cups baby spinach sweetening, optional (sugar, honey, agave, or whatever you prefer)
Put frozen banana, kiwi, milk, and spinach in a blender and whiz until it's smooth. Taste to see if it needs sweetening. If so, add as much as you like and whiz again.
Makes one generous serving.
Note: other things can be added if you like, such as nut butter, chia seeds, or additional fruits.

I really wish recipes like this didn't always have bananas in them *sigh*

Leave them out! Since they're mostly to thicken it, you can substitute a couple handfuls of ice cubes.
