coffee jelly
1/2 cup sugar
2 tabkespoons instant coffee
1 envelope unflavorte getlatin
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Light cream or sweetened whippped cream
stir together sugar , coffee , gelatin and salt in a small bowl . Pour boiling over the geltain mixture:
stir in vanilla if desired . pour in a mold if desire
d Refrigate until firm,about 3 hours . Spoon into
dessert dishes or unmolded on serving plate .
