Blackhead Scrub
Mix baking soda with little milk to make a thick paste (about 1 teaspoon of each).
Massage over face, using a circular motion. Allow to stay on skin for a minute or two, then rinse thoroughly with warm or cool water.
The small granules in the baking soda helps to exfoliate blackheads while the lactic acid in milk clears out the pores, keeping the skin clean and clear.

My friend who is an esthetician recommends using a bit of baking soda with your face soap once a week to exfoliate.

Michelle, that's kind of like adding a little baking soda to your shampoo to deep clean your hair. It works like a clarifying shampoo.
