We had Gayla's Chili Dog Casserole. It's a keeper! We had salad with it. Dan brought home some Girl Scout cookies, so the kids had those for dessert.

I had Gayle's Salmon Bisque. I used Keta (lighter flavor) salmon rather than pink and omitted the onion. Served it up with whole wheat bread and butter. There's no room for dessert, I'm stuffed.

I made Gayla's Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup. I didn't have any cream of chicken soup (like I thought I did), so I substituted her Cream of Anything Soup mix and added some celery seed. I added the hot sauce. I didn't think it was spicy enough, so I added a little more. It was good and everybody liked it, even my grandson, who claims not to like spicy foods (at least that's what he told me) I served soda crackers with it. Very satisfying meal. (I'll be making this again)
We had cherry ice cream for dessert.
