When we were out in CO before, we were staying in our camper, and the oven in it was really small for baking for 6 people, So we bought a grill, and did all of our baking in it.
Really works great once you get the hang of it.

Last night we had spaghetti with meat sauce, salad and garlic bread with simple lemon pie for dessert.
I forgot to soak beans last night so I guess I will try the quick-soak method. I want to make ham and bean soup because it's snowing and cold out.

Carla, I don't even soak my beans. I used to, but I kept reading about others who didn't, so I tried not soaking them. They tasted so much better! I never soak them anymore. I don't know what we're having for supper, yet. I guess I should go take something out of the freezer, eh? Spaghetti sounds pretty good. Maybe we'll have that.

I haven't been feeling too well, still, so I ended up just making scrambled eggs and canned biscuits for supper. Dan wasn't here and Ben spoiled his appetite eating potato chips, so that was fine.

I accidentally bought teriyaki-flavored pork tenderloins, so we'll be having those with rice pilaf and brussels sprouts.
In case you're wondering how I 'accidentally' bought them, I meant to buy pork tenderloins, but I didn't mean to get the flavored kind.

I made 2 big pizzas, 11"x14". They were so tasty - pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, and bacon, with loads of cheese and just enough sauce on a thick crust. I made the sauce extra spicy. After they were baked, I brushed the crusts with melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper stirred in. I could only eat 2 slices. I wish I could have held more! I have 3/4 of one leftover, so that will be breakfast tomorrow.
