Y'all are funny.
We're having chicken I just don't know what I want to do with it. Fajitas would be good, but then so would a quick tomato sauce with some noodles.

I haven't decided on meat yet, but I know we're having mac & cheese. I was putting my order away yesterday and noticed that I have 2 lb of raw cheddar, not counting the one I just got yesterday, plus about a quarter pound of pepper jack. I'm sure I'll be cooking up some veg, too.

I have a lot to get done today, so I guess we'll just eat around all the prep ahead food I am doing : potato salade, macaroni salade (I put shrimp in it, so it is more substantial), green salade, veggies, dip, I'll make chicken stock and noodles for ds - he is drippy and I can't tell if it is allergies or a cold, and I am making rhubarb ? don't know what it's called in English (rhubarb on the bottom and a not too sweet cake batter on the top), peanut butter and jam bars...

We had a big lunch out yesterday, so dinner last night was the hot foods bar at Whole Foods.
Tonight we're having chicken. If it's dry, we'll grill it. If it's raining, I'm thinking cooking it with some tomatoes and serving it with some noodles.

Tonight I am helping my dad with something, so I`ll mooch dinner from him and my mother. If I am smart though, I will still make something when I get home and try to keep on top of ds, if nothing more than an extra pot of beans, or a salade (or hey, BEAN salade!!!)...

We ended up sprinkling the chicken with fajita seasoning and grilling them. I also had a bag of frozen grilled peppers and onions from Trader Joe's that I heated. So basically chicken fajitas Tonight we're having steak. I'm thinking that either Spanish or yellow rice would be yummy and I'll make a veg as well.

We're having cheeseburgers, though it looks like they will need to be cooked indoors.

Tonight we're having chicken. If it's not too wet out, we'll do a dry rub on it and then baste it with barbecue sauce towards the end of grilling.
If it's too wet out, we'll cook the chicken indoors with a quick tomato sauce and serve noodles with it.

We're having beef tips in gravy, smashed potatoes (or I might do regular mashed but I'm not peeling them -- these are small gold potatoes), and corn on the cob. For pre-Bible study snack we have puff pastry pretzels (from a pkg) and sliced prosciutto, mozzarella, basil roll on crackers drizzled with raspberry balsamic dressing. I did not make that from scratch. I did slice it and arrange it, though!

For dinner I am making salmon, cutting some microgreens and mixing them with sprouts (have to check what is ready) and basil, berries, peaches, figs, nuts, cheese. Haven't decided what to make for tonight yet, maybe just grilled crazy corn and salade...

Tonight we are having chicken. If it is dry, we'll grill. If it is raining, I'll sear them and then add some tomatoes and spices and serve with noodles.

We ended up heading straight from work to my mom's last night, so the chicken went back in the freezer and we grabbed Arby's (there are no good food places between my mom's place and mine).
Tonight is steak and I'm thinking couscous.
